
Asian Beef Bowl
A bold, savory bowl with a healthy twist — made with Sucral instead of sugar
Coarse ground beef – ½ kg
Cooking oil – 2 tbsps
Oyster sauce – 2 tbsps
Soy sauce – 2 tbsps
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Steamed rice (boiled) – as accompaniment
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add Sucral. Heat oil in a pan, add minced beef and cook till completely done. Add mixed sauce and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice.
