  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsps

  • Spring onions (finely cut) - 2 tosps

  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp

  • Sugar / SUCRAL - ½ tsp

  • Spring onions - for garnish

  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

  • Steamed rice (boiled) - as accompaniment

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add Sucral. Heat oil in a pan, add minced beef and cook till completely done. Add mixed sauce and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice.
