Buffalo Chicken Bites
A traditional South Asian milk sweet made with bottle gourd and Sucral — indulgent without the guilt
Boneless chicken (cut into cubes) - 1 cup
Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
Parmesan cheese (grated) - ½ cup
Italian herbs - 1 tsp
Hot sauce - 1 cup
Butter (melted) - ½ cup
RITE SALT - 1 TSP
Pound chicken with a mallet / meat tenderizer. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, cheese, Italian herbs and Rite Salt. In a separate bowl mix chicken with hot sauce and butter and set aside for half an hour. Now coat this chicken with the mixture prepared earlier with breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil on medium heat until golden.
Sucral replaces a full cup of sugar in this classic mithai, making Loki ki Qalaqand a zero-calorie sweetened dessert that diabetics and health-conscious sweet lovers can enjoy without compromise.
