
Chicken Fries
Crispy golden chicken fries seasoned with Rite Salt and sweetened with Sucral — a guilt-free snack favourite
Minced chicken – 300 grams
Chicken fat – 40 grams
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) – 2
Cornflour – ¼ cup, Refined flour (sieved) – 1/3 cup
Cornstarch – 1/3 cup
Flour breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Oil – for frying
Mix minced chicken with fat, potatoes, cornflour and spices and Rite Salt and Sucral. Shape into long kebabs. Add paprika powder into flour mixture. Dip kebabs in flour, then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken fries until golden.
Rite Salt enhances the seasoning of the chicken mixture while Sucral adds a subtle balance to the spices — making these crispy fries flavorful without the extra calories from sugar or excess sodium.
