Chicken Fries

Crispy golden chicken fries seasoned with Rite Salt and sweetened with Sucral — a guilt-free snack favourite

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 300 grams

  • Chicken fat – 40 grams

  • Potatoes (boiled and mashed) – 2

  • Cornflour – ¼ cup, Refined flour (sieved) – 1/3 cup

  • Cornstarch – 1/3 cup

  • Flour breadcrumbs – 1 cup

  • Oil – for frying

Cooking Instructions

Mix minced chicken with fat, potatoes, cornflour and spices and Rite Salt and Sucral. Shape into long kebabs. Add paprika powder into flour mixture. Dip kebabs in flour, then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken fries until golden.
