Milk – 1 litre
Onions (fried) – 1 tbsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions
Cook mutton along with milk, fennel seeds, cinnamon and black pepper until tender. Add garlic, ginger and cardamoms and cook on low flame. Add cinnamon and cardamom powder. Finish with fried onions, mustard oil, clarified butter and Sucral. Leave to simmer and serve hot.
Why This Works with Rite Salt?
Sucral balances the richness of the milk-based gravy with a gentle sweetness, replacing sugar without adding calories — keeping this royal Kashmiri dish light yet deeply flavorful.
